Just a quick note to share with you my experiences dealing with Tim Bentley. We built our first house in 2002. Knowing absolutely nothing about the process, we relied on our contractor and suppliers. Tim Bentley was terrific to deal with. He spent the time to help us understand the various options available to us for our windows and doors. He made, what were for us, confusing quotes understandable. We ended up with Andersen windows and we're very happy with the quality and the appearance. Tim is a professional. He understands the stress many people face when building. He makes the process very friendly to people new to the process. Feel free to call me if you'd like to discuss this further,
Regards, John Wright - 803 LaSalle Blvd. Kingston

Tim's people wanted to know if I'd add to the "I love you" letters. I said "You bet". I found a beautiful remote property and decided to build a cottage. Naturally, the project got out of hand and I now have a beautiful home on said remote property. If you are going to repeat this exercise, do pay attention to the price/performance and for windows, talk to Tim Bentley....you'll get straight answers to your questions. For many home construction projects here and in the States, I've bee partial to Andersen and so have been my architects. Based on the drawings, I got many quotes in Kingston for different products and, surprisingly, the Andersen quote was the highest (about $25,000). On analysis, Tim was the only one who exactly quoted every window and door, not just two thirds of them. Pay attention everyone! Bentley's pursuit of the contract and later service have been outstanding. It is always a pleasure to work with a contractor who knows the industry and has chosen a worthy product and backs it up.
